We have many properties close to the Teesside University, most of them are between 5 to 10 minutes walking distance.

All our student houses are fully furnished, with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair for the bedroom, cooker, fridge/freezer and washing machine for the kitchen, and sofa and chairs for the living room.

All houses vary in shape, size and style, so we are confident that we can find something you will like and that matches your criteria. The properties vary in price, from cheap and cheerful to deluxe, however they all have the same high standard of safety and cleanliness.

We treat our students as professional clients. This starts with your reception in our office and extends to such items as our 24 hour call out system, cleaning service, dedicated in house maintenance team and experienced approved contractors. We have the highest staff to student ratio of any student landlord.

Our houses have burglar alarms, 5 lever mortice locks. We work closely with the police, street wardens, resident groups etc to ensure that our houses are the most secure in the area.
